Japanese Milk Pudding

Ingredients

  • 400 ml Milk
  • 100 ml heavy Cream
  • 1 package of gelatin soaked in hot water
  • 3 tbs sugar
  • 2 tsp of custard optional

Instructions

  • 1. In a pot over medium-high heat, stir in milk custard, and sugar. Cook to heat. Do not boil.
  • 2. Take off heat, add the heavy cream and gelatin. Stir well.
  • 3. Add into small glass bowls or any container (so it can take shape)
  • 4. Place in the refrigerator to cool
