Sloe Gin Fizz Cocktail

Ingredients

  • 2 oz sloe gin
  • 1 fluid oz lemon juice
  • 1 tsp. simple syrup
  • 1 cup ice
  • 4 fluid oz club soda
  • 1 lemon slice

Instructions

  • 1. Combine sloe gin, lemon juice, and simple syrup in a cocktail shaker. Add ice and shake until chilled.
  • 2. Strain into highball glass.
  • 3. Stir in club soda
  • 4. Garnish with a slice of lemon
